When contacting us

Include the email address associated with your account, your pet username, the device and app version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send your password.

Safety concerns

For content or user behavior, use the in-app Report function whenever possible so the relevant content identifier is included automatically. For child sexual abuse or exploitation concerns, use our dedicated Child Safety contact. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Response target

We prioritize urgent safety and account security reports. Normal support requests are handled in the order received.
