By creating an account or using Pet In Touch, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and be responsible for activity on your account. Pet In Touch is not intended for children under 13.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Pet In Touch a non-exclusive license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content.

Acceptable use

You may not harass others, impersonate people, publish illegal or harmful material, exploit animals, invade privacy, distribute spam or malware, or facilitate unlawful activity. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited. See our Child Safety Standards.

Moderation

We may review reports, limit distribution, hide or remove content, suspend accounts and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms and protect the community.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change and interruptions may occur. Pet In Touch does not provide veterinary or emergency advice.

Termination

You may stop using the service and anonymize your account at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
